Our Program
All Upward Bound programs have an emphasis on helping students attain academic success and meeting their post secondary educational goals. However, the 3 programs we offer are slightly different especially regarding eligibility.

This initiative helps us provide supports, resources, and activities that ensure that our participants are better prepared to meet the academic demands of high school and their post secondary education.
Student must attend one of our partner schools: Evergreen, Fort Vancouver, or Heritage. Students must also be interested in going to college, come from families who are either low income and/or be a potential first generation college graduate (neither parent has a 4-year bachelor's degree).
In addition, students must be:
Enrolled in 9th through 12th grades
14—19 years old
Willing to participate in all aspects of the UB Program.
Legal citizen or permanent resident.
